Southeastern Jurisdiction of The United Methodist Church
The Southeastern Jurisdiction (SEJ) of The United Methodist Church was formed in 1939 when the Methodist Episcopal Church, the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, and the Methodist Protestant Church united to form the Methodist Church.
